The owners of this 1995 Amel Super Maramu have maintained and upgraded her constantly, and she is presented in excellent condition. In 2012 the owners undertook a major refit, including new engine, rigging, sails, electronics just to name a few items.

When we decided to buy our boat to sail around the world, and after visiting several yards we de- cided that the Amel SUPER MARAMU was the perfect boat for us like a couple.
We had the opportunity to visit the yard in La Rochelle, France to see and understand how their boats are built and we were after this visit even more convinced of their responsibility to do their boats.
We found a lot of advantages on the AMEL boat like the SUPER MARAMU:

We bought PITU in 2011 and since we are happy sailing and living in as our home.
We navigate in the Mediterranean Sea until 2014 where we cross the Atlantic. We visited the Antil- les islands the west coast of USA until de Chesapeake Bay.
We decided to continue our adventure in the Pacific and we did the transpacific Panama- Galapagos-Gambier- Marquesas and Society Islands. We are located now in Tahiti and we would like to sale PITU to go back to Switzerland.
When someone is going to buy our boat PITU, she will be ready to sail! This is important, we did already all the improvements!
