This Hunter 45 Centre Cockpit is powered by a Yanmar 76hp turbo-diesel engine, with Racor fuel filters with switch over.
Also in the engine room is a Fisher Panda electronic 8hp generator in it’s own case, separate blower, Halon fire extinguishing system and overhead lights.
To ensure ease of maintenance, the engine room is accessible from three sides: under the companionway stairs, behind swing-down chest in aft cabin, and in the corridor from the main saloon to aft cabin.
This Hunter 45 CC comes with a main sail and a furling jib, she is rigged with a Selden Rodkicker boom vang, spare halyard, a jib furling line located at midships.
All lines from the mast are led back to the cockpit to make helming her easy, even when shorthanded.
The cockpit of this Hunter 45CC features a custom teak deck, a custom teak folding table and cockpit cushions throughout; the cockpit can be completely enclosed by her dodger and bimini.
The cockpit helm position is equipped with electronics including a wireless autopilot; Raymarine E120 and ST290a readouts; remote VHF microphone; and bow thruster controls. There are also cup/binocular holders and a cell phone holder built into the helm pedestal.
Two lazerette lockers aft of the helm provide plentiful storage space; speakers and lights are also located over the helm. A sliding glass companionway door gives way to the interior.
The saloon of this Hunter 45 Centre Cockpit provided seating for guests and a large dining table which benefits from an extender panel to accommodate more guests. The seating/dining area also has the option to convert into an additional large double bed.
The galley is well equipped with a 3-burner stainless steel stove with lighted vent; double stainless steel sinks; side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator and freezer; Kenore Microbrew microwave and coffee machine; dish dryer cabinet with blower; top-loading additional fridge/freezer; top-loading rubbish bin; plentiful cabinet space for dishes, glasses and cutlery.

To aft is a large master stateroom which features a queen sized (7ft) double bed with memory foam mattress and bed spread; night tables with drawers on each side of the bed; and 2 separate settees with storage beneath to port and starboard. The stateroom also benefits from an ensuite bathroom with electric head, and a separate shower compartment.
Forward is a further double cabin with V-berth, this also benefits from an ensuite bathroom with electric head and separate shower compartment.
This Hunter 45 Center Cockpit comes equipped with a 10′ Caribe tender (including: over sized tubes, oars, dinghy anchor, gas tank, seat cushions, lock cable, and foot pump) and a Mercury 15hp 2-stroke outboard engine.
