Martin Hasker’s career has been as a pathfinder in Information Technology and high-technology sectors with marine activities an essential activity over the last 40 years.

Currently renovating a wooden Fairey race-boat from the early ‘60s and the Editor of Fairey News, the in-house journal of the Fairey Owners Club, Martin’s experience is a mixture of sail and power – with time-keeping at races during Cowes Classic week for good measure.

Learning to sail in a Wayfarer dinghy led to a share in a Van der Stadt design yacht on the River Hamble and in turn to several Fairey powerboats including competing in an anniversary Cowes-Torquay event.

A ‘people-person’ Martin’s skills in Account Management and Partner Development have been honed over the years from the workshop floor in F1 teams to Downing Street and the City.

Testimonials

"Good to meet up on Friday. Just like to say what an excellent job you have done on the spec. You make some of these other brokers look decidedly amateurish. Let's hope it will generate some interest."

Motorboat Vendor, England

"We were very grateful with all the help you provided and we certainly would highly recommend you and your company as an international broker."

Beneteau First 40.7 to Belgium

"The Proud Mary has arrived in Holland. We had a very nice trip back to Holland, although a little bit windy. Thank you for all your help in preparing the ship.

Dehler 41 to Holland

"Just a quick email to thank you so much for your help in selling Rigoletto. Thank you for your efforts and your kindness and I really would like you to pass on my best to the new owners and to say that I hope, they enjoy her to the full as much as we have. She really is a great boat and has kept us safe in some very rough and I know she will serve them well.”

Jeanneau 45.2 to Sweden

"Firstly, thank you both for your efforts in successfully achieving a sale of “Wight Rabbit”. Whilst in some respects I’m sad to see the boat go and would like to have achieved a better price I have to recognise that these are difficult times and achieving any sale at all must be regarded as a good result.”
