Martin Hasker’s career has been as a pathfinder in Information Technology and high-technology sectors with marine activities an essential activity over the last 40 years.

Currently renovating a wooden Fairey race-boat from the early ‘60s and the Editor of Fairey News, the in-house journal of the Fairey Owners Club, Martin’s experience is a mixture of sail and power – with time-keeping at races during Cowes Classic week for good measure.

Learning to sail in a Wayfarer dinghy led to a share in a Van der Stadt design yacht on the River Hamble and in turn to several Fairey powerboats including competing in an anniversary Cowes-Torquay event.

A ‘people-person’ Martin’s skills in Account Management and Partner Development have been honed over the years from the workshop floor in F1 teams to Downing Street and the City.

Rosie Wintle joined the marine industry working as crew on a 43m Motor Yacht and an Oyster 885 Sailing yacht based out of Palma, Mallorca. Back in the UK, she gained her brokerage experience working in marina operations and boat sales near London, before joining Nicolle Associates in 2016.

Qualified as an RYA Senior Instructor, Advanced Sailing, Windsurfing and Powerboat Instructor Rosie is confident handling a wide variety of vessels and as Chief Instructor at a busy water-sports centre, she gained a great deal of experience in the industry.

Rosie spends her spare time studying with the Open University, and having recently achieved a first-class degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, she is currently working towards an MA in Creative Writing.

Christopher F Hoyle’s love of the ocean saw him sailing from the age of two with his father and friends who were large yacht captains and has had a passion for yacht racing where he has competed internationally for many years.

He started his career with a merchant navy background and has held a Class 1 Master Mariner Unlimited from 2001. After ten years at sea he started a shore-based career initially as Supervisor & Duty Harbour Master responsible for the safety of navigation within the Southampton, Solent and VTS area before qualifying as Unrestricted Senior First Class Pilot where he has conducted some of the world’s largest vessels in the UK’s busiest stretch of water.

At Nicolle Associates Christopher brings his experience of ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and his fiscally prudent abilities in the use of business and operational resources to the yachting industry as Yacht Broker where he uses his extensive experience to match the right boat for owners needs in the leisure and large commercial yacht market.

In addition to his yacht brokerage experience, for new build programs Christopher’s background as consultant responsible for advising on MCA general inspections and assisting with coordinating and conducting vessels sea trials and risk management reviews on LY coded vessels for underwriters brings value to any owners project management team.

The Nicolle Associates team are a young and dynamic team that are in touch with your needs.

"Good to meet up on Friday. Just like to say what an excellent job you have done on the spec. You make some of these other brokers look decidedly amateurish. Let's hope it will generate some interest."

Motorboat Vendor, England

"We were very grateful with all the help you provided and we certainly would highly recommend you and your company as an international broker."

Beneteau First 40.7 to Belgium

"The Proud Mary has arrived in Holland. We had a very nice trip back to Holland, although a little bit windy. Thank you for all your help in preparing the ship.

Dehler 41 to Holland

"Just a quick email to thank you so much for your help in selling Rigoletto. Thank you for your efforts and your kindness and I really would like you to pass on my best to the new owners and to say that I hope, they enjoy her to the full as much as we have. She really is a great boat and has kept us safe in some very rough and I know she will serve them well.”

Jeanneau 45.2 to Sweden

"Firstly, thank you both for your efforts in successfully achieving a sale of “Wight Rabbit”. Whilst in some respects I’m sad to see the boat go and would like to have achieved a better price I have to recognise that these are difficult times and achieving any sale at all must be regarded as a good result.”
