Construction
Designed and built in 1997 by Hacker Yachts. Kevlar reinforced GRP construction with a white and blue hull, white deck and a white and blue superstructure. Wheel steering. Skeg hung rudder configuration, lead fin keel with bulb.

Engine
Single Mercedes OM621, 1997, 4 cylinder, 60 hp, diesel engine through shaft drive to 3 bladed propeller. 980 engine hours. Cooled by raw water with heat exchanger. Equipped with 1 x 12v engine battery, 90 amp rating and 1 x 24v domestic battery, 100 amp rating, charged by alternator and mains. New water pump in 2009.

Fuel and Water
Diesel capacity 200 litres in 1 fuel tank made of stainless steel. Fresh water capacity 200 litres in a stainless steel tank.

Rig & Sails
Mast head sloop cutter rigged, aluminium spars made by Sparcraft in 1997, deck stepped, stainless steel standing rigging, slab main reefing, roller headsail reefing, spinnaker pole. 2 main sails (one new in 2009), 2 working jibs (one new in 2009). Genoa (new in 2009). Spinnaker and cutter staysail.

Shore power, inverter, battery management monitor, smart charge battery high charge system, navigation lights, LED interior lights, calorifier, Plastimo compass, Autohelm/Simrad auto pilot, Furuno GPS, M Tec DSC VHF radio, Clipper Duet log, Clipper Duet speed, depth sounder, SSB receiver, hand bearing compass, clock, barometer & AIS. 6 berths in 3 cabins. 2 doubles, 2 singles. Saloon: Single settee berths with lee cloths, port and starboard. Drop leaf table. Forecabin: Double berth forward with sink. Aft Cabin: Double berth aft. Galley: L shaped galley, aft, to starboard with 3 burner gas hob, electric fridge and stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water. Plenty of storage Heads: Separate heads compartment, aft to port, with sea toilet, wash basin and shower. Cockpit: Traditional cockpit with teak helm and cushions.
