A very well presented 1973 Fairey Super Swordsman 33 which has been the subject of an extensive refit.
From the drawing board of Alan V. Burnard, this Fairey Super Swordsman is a real classic aft cockpit motorboat, built on the banks of the River Hamble.
The Fairey Swordsman range was launched in 1964 and the Super Swordsman which utilised the same hull form, was introduced for the 1970s.
The Fairey Swordsman range, as is common with the remainder of the Fairey Marine vessels, possesses phenomenal seakeeping and handling characteristics. `Xalon’ is now some forty-five years of age and has had considerable work carried out. The cosmetic finish externally and internally is of the highest order. She is powered by the larger six cylindered Ford Mermaid 300hp engines fitted in 2003.
