A good example of the rare Southerly 105, she has been in the same ownership since 1988 and is offer for sale as the owners are now retiring from sailing.

Accommodation

Forward cabin with two single cross over berths,

Saloon with a “U” shaped settee to port with an adjustable saloon table. Single settee berth to starboard. Starboard side helm position with chart table and seat.

Port side ‘L’ shaped galley with twin burner gas cooker with oven – NEW 2007. 2 x Stainless steel sinks with a hot and cold water supply. Electrolux three way fridge, lots of storage.

Starboard side separate heads compartment with sea toilet and wash basin with a pressurised hot and cold water supply. Large aft cabin with a double berth and opening deck hatch.
