‘Balance’ is a 2012 Lagoon 400 owner’s version with full comfort pack. She was one of the last Lagoon 400’s to be built benefiting from the nicer interior and later model standard equipment.
Her current owners bought her directly from the Lagoon agents in Europe, where she had been used as a demonstration boat for a year. She has never been chartered and until 2017 was used lightly by her owner’s based in Jersey in the Channel Islands, where she spent most of her time in marina berths and stored ashore during the winter.
In 2017 her owners set off across the Atlantic to the Caribbean where they lived aboard for 6/7 months each year, they have looked after the boat meticulously and equipped her with an impressive inventory, making her totally self-sufficient and the perfect liveaboard cruiser.
‘Balance’ is seriously for sale, currently based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with plans to be in Curacao in late June where she will be securely stored during the hurricane season.
