This Beneteau Oceanis 473 sleeps eight in a double ensuite master cabin, two aft guest cabins and saloon with separate electric flush day head. She was built with a full wood interior and to the owners specification. She was also upgraded to the manufacturers executive pack and has been subsequently updated. She been equipped and maintained to the highest standard and is now offered for sale as a turnkey package by her retiring owners.
She is auxiliary powered by a fully serviced Yanmar 75Hp diesel engine (2,780.8 hours October 2014) and benefits from a Volvo 80kg/f bow thruster and a Panda 8kVA generator (739.5 hours October 2014). There are extra batteries to cover both the domestic and engine needs, an upgraded electric 1200w anchor windlass with remote control in addition to the normal hand held umbilical unit.
In addition to a full 2013/14 winter maintenance schedule the 2014 refit work on this Beneteau Oceanis 473 includes Hull and Deck paint, standing rigging re rigged, all seacocks replaced and her furler reefing was fully serviced. In addition she has a new UK sails Triradial Cut Genoa and all halyards and sheets have been tested and renewed where appropriate.
