Apricity ~ meaning of the name;  “The warmth of the sun in the winter”

All aluminum.

Master plus 2 staterooms - each has their own bathrooms with showers.

Apricity has some deferred maintenance. She is not a ready-to-cruise yacht. She would make a good move-on live-aboard.

Here are the negatives:

• the hydraulic steering is not functioning.  
• the vessel's air conditioning is not functioning - there are two portables keeping the boat cold.
• all of the electronics are outdated and non functional. 
• last bottom paint was done 5 years ago - albeit divers clean every three weeks.
• neither of the generators have been run for over three years. We did not try starting them because risking the fuel system.
• fly bridge cushions are missing

Positives:

• seller starts both engines and engages transmissions forward/backwards once a month.
• no leaks into the boat from rain.
• seller was using the yacht as a guest house ~ always keep clean inside out.
